Covid. Coronavirus. Omicron. Delta. We’ve heard all of these terms throughout 2020 and 2021. But during winter break, many individuals partied, visited their families or simply stayed home to celebrate the holidays. Following the break, the number of people who were tested grew significantly, and it’s as though the pandemic has just started all over again. Many students are missing school, whether waiting for test results or waiting in quarantine. As a result, many students are learning remotely. Some other school districts have gone completely remote.

Vrajkumar Patel, a 10th-grader at Prep, said he voted to go fully remote.

“I think we should go fully remote because we don’t have to get ready wearing our uniforms, we don’t have to walk to school, when we are home we will be more safe,” he said. “Also, when we finish our work and we have nothing to do we can just chill and relax. So I think we should go fully remote.”

The Boulevard Online wants to know if students think we should go back to virtual learning, as we have been, or with increased safety precautions? Or go back to remote learning. Vote here in our poll and let us know what’s on your mind! Then send your comments to [email protected] and we will post them when we wrap up the poll in two weeks.
