The Passaic Girls Wrestling team officially closed out the 2023-24 season with one last Media Day!
The girls had an amazing season with both returning veterans and new wrestlers. Whether it was their first time on the mat or not this season, they all stayed resilient and showed up not just for themselves but also for their team. Many will be back next year and we are excited to see how each wrestler progresses and continues to improve. As for our seniors, we cannot wait to see what the future holds for them, whether they continue to pursue collegiate-level wrestling or another path. We will continue to root for them on the mat and off, we are proud of each and every one of them.
This Senior reporter Celine Lantigua, feels more than thankful and privileged to have been given the opportunity to be part of Passaic athletics and the Passaic Girls Wrestling team for the past three years.
