There is a new COVID-19 testing site in the City of Passaic. Passaic residents, with or without insurance, can get tested at Chai Care Urgent Center at 122 Eighth St. (the former ShopRite center). 

As of Nov. 13,, there are  4,124 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the city of Passaic. 

With the holidays around the corner, try to follow CDC guidelines. Wear a mask when going out, wash your hands before and after you eat or come in from outside. Stay six feet apart when outside. Stay home if you are not feeling well. Get tested if exposed to COVID-19.

Passaic residents can go to any of these testing sites in the city of Passaic. No appointment needed at any of these free testing sites.

  • Chai Care Urgent Center at 122 Eighth St. (the former ShopRite center). Open: Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Wednesday from noon to 7 p.m.
  • North Hudson Community Action Corporation at 220 Passaic St. Open: Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Wednesday from noon to 7 p.m.
