The Passaic High football team is on a roll with two straight wins to improve to 3-3 on the season, and perhaps its two biggest plays came from the foot of Prep junior Jose Almonte.
Almonte kicked the winning field goal in a 32-30 win over Teaneck on Sept. 26, then kicked the winning field goal again in a 16-14 win over Paterson Eastside on Oct. 3.
After a week off, Passaic is back in action Friday night, Oct. 17, at 6 p.m. at Boverini Stadium for its Homecoming game against Paterson Kennedy.
