Prep students and teachers met at Passaic City Hall for the annual walk for mental health awareness on Saturday, Oct. 11.
Despite bad weather, Prep’s contingent marched together as a reminder that mental health is as important as physical health and that, no matter what, you are not alone.
Joined by Mayor Hector Lora and the Passaic Youth Council, Prep’s students hoped to reduce the stigma around mental health and to determine more people who are currently struggling and encourage them to reach out to their loved ones. If you or your loved ones are currently going through any sort of crisis or are just feeling down, remember that you are not alone and you are loved and cared for no matter what!
