Prep students once again gathered in front of the school to commemorate the lives lost in the attacks on the U.S. on Sept. 11, 2001.
Prep seniors lined the sidewalks and stairs with American flags. Prep’s Student Council helped set up the ceremony, which began with remarks by Principal Bruce. The national anthem was sung by Dulce Gil Hernandez. Student Council President Chastity Claudio Miller, Vice President Ashley Flores, and Secretary/Treasurer Gris Ciprian all gave speeches about the day to inform students about the past and how it affects us today.
