Prep’s High School Field Day was a success! There was a little something for everyone, whether it was playing soccer or simply lying on the field at Boverini Stadium on Tuesday, May 27, to take in the sun. Fun music had people dancing, and there was a special appearance from the Mister Softee ice cream truck!
Pathway Tug-of-War Champions:
It was Pathway vs. Pathway in a competitive game of tug-of-war. The freshmen Music Tech pathway won their match. For sophomores, the winners were the Video Production pathway. The Legal Studies pathway claimed victory for the junior class, and finally, the senior Music Tech pathway won their class match.
The last match was between the overall winners, which surprisingly caused the freshmen Music Tech pathway against the seniors from the Music Tech pathway! It was a truly touch-and-go moment. Even though the seniors came close to winning, the freshmen were able to gather all their strength and win! The Music Tech Class of 2028 can officially claim bragging rights for beating this year’s graduating class.
It truly was a day filled with fun, all thanks to the teachers and students coming together to enjoy the perfect weather. It was a day for making everlasting memories with friends and enjoying some much-needed sun after the past (and current) days of rain!
