“Mixed Signals,” filmed and directed by Prep senior Aylin Garcia, is a short film about two teens who fall in love — with a twist.
Lucas, the new kid, played by Prep sophomore Kevin Garcia, arrives at Prep and immediately connects with Sienna, played by Germaone Ruiz. The two have a couple of heartfelt moments and, as the film goes on, Lucas’s dark secret is revealed. Quick to convince Sienna he’s a good person, he then continues on with his dark plan.
