The annual Mental Health Walk took place in Passaic, starting at City Hall, on Saturday, Oct. 5.
The Walk was organized by Passaic Mayor Hector Lora’s City Youth Council. Launched in 2020, this event aims to support those struggling with mental health challenges.
The walk began at 1 p.m., starting at the Mayor’s office and proceeding across the bridge toward Wallington. Upon returning to City Hall, participants enjoyed a variety of fun activities, including making friendship bracelets, a Velcro wall, bean bag toss, cotton candy, and more.
