Homecoming was a big event in Passaic this year! The annual homecoming football game was held at the Boverini Stadium on Friday, Sept. 27. Passaic’s football team took the win against Teaneck with a score of 21-14.

Another highlight of that day was the crowning of the Homecoming Queen and King. The queen was announced as Liliana Hernandez from PASE and King was Ikylez Colon from Passaic High. Xavier Muhamed from Passaic High School and Catherine Puente de La Vega from Prep were first runners-up. Congratulations to the winners and candidates who participated!

Michael Coliente, Sports Editor, is a senior at Prep. This is his 4th year at Prep. He enjoys watching soccer as a Chivas fan and is a Giants fan in the NFL. He is the varsity captain for the cross-country team and track distance team and aspires to be a sports journalist one day.

Stephanie Bautista-Flores, Photo/Video Editor, is a senior at Passaic Preparatory Academy. This is her sixth year at Prep. She is involved in multiple activities in and out of school, such as soccer, track and field, National Honors Society, and the Journalism Club. She enjoys spending time with friends and family. A goal she hopes to achieve is traveling the world.
Christopher Monroy
Christopher Monroy, Social Media Manager
Christopher Monroy, Social Media Manager, is a senior at Prep and part of the Journalism Club and Physics Club. He is very interested and invested in sports, mainly FOOTBALL. He enjoys taking pictures and videos of sporting events and plans on attending William Paterson University for film and photography.
