The “Hamilton” field trip and program for Prep 8th-graders, run by Ms. Spoelstra, was a pristine experience on May 22 which left students starstruck and wanting to learn more.
It was very educational, yet at the same time very fun! Students learned more about Alexander Hamilton and the American Revolution as well as the spectacular Broadway show itself. The program did a beautiful job illustrating all. It was definitely an experience worth working toward and the musical showed the American Revolution as well as Alexander Hamilton’s life in a spectacular way. The choreography and of course the music itself was heavenly and left students astonished. Anyone who gets the chance to join this program should go ahead and do it; that’s a message to next year’s 8th-graders!
