Where are you now?

William Paterson University, BM Music Education Concentration in Voice, Minoring in Piano.

How has life changed for you since graduation?

I have had amazing performances at my college. I am being mentored by world renowned composers, musicians and have been in Productions such as Le Nozze Di Fígaro, Korean Song evening, WPU Choirs, as well as performed in WPU Choirs x Chicago Children’s Choir. I have various up coming performances including Spanish Song Evening, Midday Recital, WPU Spring 2022 Concerts and so much more! It has certainly had ups and downs but there has been so many wonderful experiences I have had since graduating.

Any advice for the Class of 2023 and other underclassmen?

You are your own best advocate, never be afraid to ask for help, and always follow your dreams! Always know you have a home at Passaic Prep. I have the amazing pleasure of still having contact with some of my Passaic Prep teachers, always supporting my career and giving the best advice!

Anything else?

When in college, take advantage of what is on campus! I work for our SGA, and I work for the housing department as an RA. I also plan on studying abroad next spring in London! TAKE ADVANTAGE! 

Also, make sure to always look to the community that has built you up and give back! Prep has a brand new alumni council that is looking to give back to the Prep community in many different ways. It is such a good way to stay connected. If interested, please reach out!
